About this project

This is the story of a client from the Netherlands who dreamed of returning to Sweden to build a home near her childhood paths. Her vision was a functional, ecological, and energy-efficient timber frame house. However, her dream faced a crisis when an intermediary Swedish company failed to fulfill its obligations, leaving the client without her funds or her partially built home. ZTC refused to leave the client empty-handed. After careful consideration, the client made the courageous decision to move forward by signing a new contract directly with ZTC. From that point on, we worked closely to revisit the original plans and reinitiate production. Thanks to her resilience and our shared commitment, we successfully completed the installation and assembly of her timber frame house about a year later. We are proud to say that the client now has the beautiful, high-quality home she envisioned. This project is a clear example of how ZTC goes beyond standard solutions and even in complex situations, to help our clients realize their dreams. For us, construction is not just about building, it’s about commitment, trust, and long-term relationships.
