About this project
This CLT home delivered by ZTC in the Netherlands combines a striking pitched roof, timber cladding and extensive glazing. Exposed CLT surfaces inside create the Scandinavian atmosphere the owners wanted. The house had to be completed within 15 months, and ZTC's four-person team assembled the structure in just one month.
