Three-Storey Office Building with Infill Panels and CLT Interior Finishes

About this project

For a three-storey office building in Latvia, ZTC designed, manufactured, delivered and installed timber frame infill panels with cellulose insulation and factory-fitted 60 mm CLT interior finishes. The bespoke panels were adapted to the building's reinforced concrete and steel frame, with particular precision at the window openings. Manufacturing took place alongside the concrete works, allowing the panels and client-supplied windows to be installed within approximately two weeks of those works being completed. This enclosed the building with the internal finish of its external walls already in place.
